We are seeking an engineering manager to join Oracle's SaaS Security Team, driving the delivery of security solutions for our cloud-based Fusion Applications. In this role, you will lead the development of strategic delivery plans, oversee the execution of security projects, and ensure alignment with Oracle's business objectives.   • Building Delivery Plans: Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop comprehensive roadmaps for security enhancements, integrating agile methodologies to align with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Leading Execution: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of security projects, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Training and Mentoring Engineers: Design and deliver training programs on secure service delivery and operations, including hands-on guidance on tools like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security features, DevSecOps practices, and incident management. This will upskill junior and mid-level engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
