experienced Analog/RF Electrical Engineer near Lansdale, Pa. The development of new products, through constant innovation, has resulted in an average annual growth rate of 20 percent
since the company's inception. They commit 10 percent of their annual sales revenue to research
and development of new products. Their products are used through the United States and in more
than 100 countries worldwide.
RF Engineer will be a key part of the Engineering development team, developing innovative analog
and/or RF circuit electrical designs for lighting, shading and energy control systems. You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic group-learning from experiences and from one another; company is always seeking to discover new technologies, computing techniques, new hardware technology, and process improvement methods. Products and systems you develop are destined for use in exciting residential and commercial environments, providing concrete goals and a high degree of satisfaction when these goals are met.
Candidate Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead a team of 5-10 Electrical and RF Engineers and Technicians working on new product development. โ€ข Collaborate with project leaders and functional leaders of mechanical, software and manufacturing engineering disciplines to achieve team goals.
โ€ข Design and develop analog, digital and RF circuits to support our growing line of wired and wireless products.
โ€ข Lead RF antenna development while adhering to rigorous performance requirements and validation testing
โ€ข Become an expert in domestic and international RF standards; design products to meet these requirements.
โ€ข Manage PCB design resources and prioritize work to meet project delivery objectives.
โ€ข Balance a variety of tasks related to: requirements gathering, analog and/or RF design, design reviews, testing, and trouble-shooting
โ€ข Assure a high standard of quality in your own work and in the work of others on your team via good design principles, process improvements, safety, clean designs, smart testing and review practices
Qualifications
Candidate Must Have:
โ€ข BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics, with at least a 3.0 GPA (or equivalent)
โ€ข 5 or more years of industry experience in the field of analog and/or RF circuit and hardware development
โ€ข Thorough knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals
โ€ข Familiarity and hands-on experience with various design and testing protocols
โ€ข Strong working knowledge of analog and/or RF circuit design and testing
โ€ข Excellent Communication skills with all departments and disciplines.
โ€ข Skillful at solving problems with enthusiasm and creativity
โ€ข Willingness to travel 10% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
โ€ข Current title as an Analog / RF Engineer.
โ€ข Performed above duties and responsibilities for (minimum) last two years.
โ€ข Held no more than 2 jobs in the past five years
