Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Collect and confirm pet and owner information.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Manage reservations and handle inquiries regarding schedule availability.
  • Be knowledgeable about retain products and promote sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Maintain inventory and prepare restocking orders.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Process payments.

Qualifications:
