Position Information
Operating Title Seasonal Research Technician Summary of Position
A seasonal Research Assistant is needed to assist the University of New Hampshire Cucurbit Breeding Program (https://unhcucurbits.org/) with fruit harvest and processing. The program is based in Durham, NH. Training will be provided to perform all required tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
A background/interest in horticulture/agriculture is desirable, but the position is open to all motivated candidates.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to work under different weather conditions such as extremes of temperature, humidity, and rain.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
