  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
  • Independently coordinate the work of project teams, balancing workload and resources throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Coordinate closely with owners, general contractors, MEP engineers, commissioning agents, and IT infrastructure teams

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner-requested scope changes in a timely and well-documented manner
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and closeout packages
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, particularly those related to schedule acceleration, phased energization, and concurrent construction
  • Support estimating efforts and business development pursuits for new data center opportunities
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, site-specific safety plans, and NFPA 70E requirements on energized systems

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of 7 years of related electrical project management experience, with at least 2 years on mission-critical or data center projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued at $10M or greater
  • Ability to interact effectively with multi-disciplinary design teams, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel
