Job Description: Location: This position is remote in the US only. What You’ll Do Partner with engineering leads to translate business objectives into technical execution plans, including milestones and deliverables Demonstrate strong technical acumen to effectively engage in architectural discussions and trade-off decisions Define and manage program timelines, roadmaps, and resource planning across multiple initiatives Establish and enforce program governance, documentation, and best practices Drive issue resolution and decision-making, escalating appropriately when needed Ensure alignment between product roadmap and engineering execution, balancing priorities and constraints Facilitate key ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) where needed to maintain momentum Monitor and report on KPIs and program health metrics to ensure successful outcomes Support change management and stakeholder communication during program evolution Pay Range: $70.00 – $77.00 per hour, depending upon experience. Health & Medical Benefits, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Time applicable by state.
