Job DetailsJob Location: TX 75201Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: 50%ABI Document Support Services is seeking a sales professional to join the team!    The territory is Texas and it is highly preferred the at the candidate live in Dallas due to the majority of travel being there. This is a remote position with about 50% of travel out in the field, most of which being in the Greater Dallas area but some travel also required in other parts of Texas.    The Account Manager is responsible for the implementation and roll out of all national sales programs as well as providing account management support for strategic clients.  This position is well versed in the company’s products and services, maintains awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations, utilizes time efficiently and travels on an as needed basis. The Account Manager thoroughly understands the daily operations in order to articulate best practices, procedures, and guidelines and demonstrates superior customer service and strives to meet and exceed company’s revenue objectives.

  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS \tSet up new national program sale accounts with all levels of our company and put together project plans which coincide with the standard operating procedures. \tClearly understand and articulate all products and services. \tManage successful relationships with assigned group of accounts.

\tCoordinate and support efforts with Sales team and/or Senior Management with assigned strategic accounts. \tIdentify problems with assigned accounts and facilitate timely solutions. \tMaintain client relationships by coordinating services and customer service.

\tShare information with other staff to improve and maximize customer satisfaction. \tAttend all sales and marketing meetings as directed; travel as required. \tContinuously analyze the market and competition and identify external threats and opportunities; adapt sales strategy to changing conditions.

\tProvide weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directed. \tInput, maintain, and manage customer information in both the operating system and client information system. \tProvide information to the sales teams through phone calls resulting in qualified leads.

\tPerform various professional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications \tBachelor degree; or three to five years related experience in account management or outside sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience \t2+ years prior sales/account management experience required \tPrior experience in record retrieval, court reporting, or similar legal services experience highly preferred \tValid driver\'s license required \tMust understand Sales process methodology and have ability to articulate comprehensive product knowledge \tMust be able to travel as necessary \tMust use intuition and experience to effectively market the company’s services \tAbility to develop and deliver compelling presentations \tAbility to manage all financial resources and stay within assigned budgets \tDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines as required and be results driven \tMust demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed. \tMust be able to maintain confidentiality \tMust be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment     WHO WE ARE  ABI Document Support Services is the largest nationwide provider of records retrieval, subpoena services, and document management for the legal and insurance industries.
