  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients, including but not limited to account strategy development, setup, and overall campaign management
  • Must have experience working directly in social platforms managing paid campaigns including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Reddit, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including owning budget pacing
  • Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices
  • Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver effective results
  • Maintain and update paid social campaigns and overall marketing reporting
  • Ability to use and recommend social management softwares like Sprout and Falcon.io is a plus
  • Multi-touchpoint attribution measurement experience is also a plus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of paid social experience
  • In-depth experience managing campaigns within (but not limited to): LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest
  • Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights/recommendations/optimizations
  • Experience managing budgets against a defined target goal on CPL, CAC, ROAS
  • B2B experience is a plus with understanding of sales lifecycle stages
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Experience providing creative direction on social channels while working with design teams to fully execute
  • Experience with social media A/B testing
  • Advanced computer skills, proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
