What You Will Do

Offers support for Environment Safety & Health professionals. Includes specific technical skills to support environmental, health and safety programs, policies and leaders. Performs administrative tasks in order to increase the efficiency of the EH&S department and leaders. Monitors EH&S department systems and offices for day-to-day operational issues. Maintains proper documentation to achieve and maintain compliance and prepares for investigations.

  • Report, track, and manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) observations using the assigned digital system.

  • Support Industrial Hygiene Program activities.

  • Prepare, create, and distribute EH&S-related communications

  • Review, compare, update, and edit procedures and forms.

  • Perform audits and inspections in support of EH&S programs.

  • Participate in meetings, teleconferences, and required trainings.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and support AS9100 efforts.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

  • Travel is up to 10%.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)

  • 2 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with MS Office Suite.

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science
