Job description

At Envoy Global, we're redefining the future of global immigration. By combining smart technology with expert guidance, we empower companies and individuals to navigate the immigration process with confidence, efficiency, and care. We are looking for an experienced Immigration Case Manager to join our Dutch Immigration team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is eager to make a meaningful impact -going beyond simply processing cases.

As a Case Manager, you'll take full ownership of your portfolio, managing end-to-end immigration processes while being a trusted advisor to clients and foreign nationals. You won't just follow processes; you'll help shape and improve them.

What You'll Do as our Case Manager
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Foreign Nationals (FNs) and client HR teams, building strong trusted relationships while setting clear expectations on timelines and processes, and effectively understanding business  priorities
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, SLAs, and internal standards
  • Manage end-to-end case processing with ownership and accountability
  • Prepare and review high-quality immigration applications with precision, while thinking creatively when handling complex or non-standard cases
  • Actively participate in client calls, providing updates, insights, solutions and advice proactively when new information could apply or result in a better solution for the client
  • Liaise with immigration authorities, track application progress, and resolve issues proactively
What We're Looking For  : Skills, experience, attributes, and qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in immigration, preferably with a focus on Dutch immigration
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - you take responsibility and follow through
  • Ability to manage multiple cases without compromising quality
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in communicating with clients, stakeholders, and authorities
  • Comfortable working independently while staying connected to the team
  • A genuine passion for immigration and helping people navigate complex processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus, with Dutch preferred)
  • 32 hours at minimum (preferably 36 hours)
  • Start date: as soon as possible
What we offer (and why you'll enjoy working with Envoy Global)

Flexibility & Trust

  • Flexible working hours: we focus on outcomes, not office time
  • Working from home and thus remote working options
  • Opportunity to work from abroad where compliant
  • A culture built on trust, autonomy, and ownership

Ownership & Growth

  • Real responsibility from day one, so no micromanagement
  • Space to build, improve, and shape how we work
  • Exposure to global clients and complex, out of the ordinary and interesting cases
  • Opportunities to grow within a scaling, international organization

Culture

  • Collaborative, supportive, and people-first environment
  • A team that values initiative, ideas, and continuous improvement
  • A place where your voice is heard and your work matters
