As a Product Manager for Trust & Safety Tools, you'll own the product strategy for the internal tools that power trust & safety at Pinterest - the systems that reviewers, ML engineers, risk analysts, and policy teams use every day to keep the platform safe. You'll drive the transformation of these tools toward an AI-first future, reimagining what internal tooling looks like when AI is a core participant in every workflow. Partnering closely with Operations, ML Engineering, Risk Intelligence, Policy, and Data Science, you'll shape tools that serve an expanding community of T&S practitioners across the company.

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive the T&S Tools product roadmap, including review queue systems (PinQueue), entity inspection and management (Lookup), bulk operations, and domain management tools
  • Define and ship AI-native tool capabilities - MCP integrations, AI-assisted workflows, intelligent routing, model testing interfaces, and new experiences that fundamentally change how practitioners interact with T&S systems
  • Partner deeply with T&S practitioners - ops reviewers, ML engineers, risk analysts, policy teams - to understand workflows, identify friction, and deliver improvements that compound over time
  • Manage the internal customer experience across a diverse user base with different needs and technical depth
  • Triage inbound requests from cross-functional stakeholders, communicate priorities, and maintain roadmap focus

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years product management experience
  • Experience building products for internal users, operations teams, or enterprise customers
  • Strong user empathy - genuinely curious about how people work and motivated by making their workflows better
  • SQL proficiency - able to self-serve data investigation and analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management - proven ability to juggle competing priorities from multiple teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Growth mindset with enthusiasm for AI - excited to learn and develop conviction about how AI transforms internal tooling
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Nice-to-haves:
    • Trust & Safety or content moderation experience
    • Experience building or integrating AI-powered features
    • Background in ops efficiency measurement (AHT, throughput, cost metrics)
