Our platform helps patients improve outcomes across sleep, nutrition, movement, and recovery through a personalized, data-driven journey.
We are entering a critical growth phase and expanding our product and engineering team to support the next stage of scale.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to own and evolve the Ucardia Android experience. This role is central to how our members engage with their health every day.
You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build a high-quality, performant mobile application that transforms complex health data into simple, actionable insights.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with visibility across the organization and direct influence on the future of our mobile platform.
What You'll Do
  • Own development and delivery of the Ucardia Android application using Kotlin
  • Build and refine core product experiences, including health data and insights, messaging and care coordination, scheduling and engagement, and habit tracking and daily check-ins
  • Integrate with health data platforms such as Google Health Connect and wearable APIs
  • Collaborate with backend teams to design and consume scalable APIs
  • Partner with product and design to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and responsiveness across the app
  • Identify and resolve issues across critical user flows
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Android development
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin
  • Experience building and shipping production-grade Android applications
  • Familiarity with modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
