Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Lay brick, concrete block (CMU), and stone on large-scale commercial and structural projects
  • Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution
  • Mix, apply, and spread mortar or grout according to project standards
  • Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing, and related materials per design requirements
  • Safely operate power saws and masonry tools to meet daily production goals
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols
  • Collaborate with foremen and crew members to ensure quality and schedule adherence
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial brick and block masonry
  • Proven ability to read and work from construction drawings
  • Strong knowledge of CMU, face brick, and related masonry materials
  • Commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety
  • Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work in outdoor environments
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel to regional job sites throughout Virginia
