If so, then this position may be the challenge you are looking for. POST RANCH INN, the world renowned boutique hotel in Big Sur, seeks a Night Auditor to join our team. This position will start at the Front Gate/Kiosk for cross training purposes.
The nature of the position requires working during late PM and early AM hours (generally 11:00pm - 7:00am), 3-5 days per week. Occasional vehicle usage will be required, must be 21 years of age to operate and have a clean driving record under insurance guidelines. JOB OBJECTIVE: As a member of Post Ranch Inn, the Night Auditor will work directly with the Guest Relations and Accounting Team to provide checks and balances for all property transactions including room sales and taxes, Sierra Mar Restaurant sales, Spa transactions, and various other miscellaneous transactions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year related experience and/or training in hospitality; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree and/or certification in accounting highly preferred.
