Location: Onsite(St Louis) /Offshore (B1 ready)
 
 
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead who will be responsible for defining and driving the overall testing strategy for our modernization programs. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality deliverables through effective test planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define a clear and robust testing strategy aligned with project goals and technical architecture.
  • Establish comprehensive test coverage across all functional and non-functional areas.
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined, finalized, and signed off with the client.
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of test cases for applications built on the .NET/Angular technology stack.
  • Manage end-to-end testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
  • Identify risks and issues related to testing and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide the testing team to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
