Human Resource Manager Responsibilities: Below is a list of primary duties and responsibilities, these will include but not limited to:
ยท Managing employee relations including conflict resolution
ยท Employee Performance Management
ยท Advising COO on organizational policy matters and recommending needed changes
ยท Implement benefit program
ยท Create and update company job descriptions to reflect changing roles
ยท Coach managers & employees on performance matters
ยท Manage recruiting, interviewing, and selection of applicants
ยท Completing payroll, data entry, reporting, auditing, & processed payroll requests
ยท Build company employee handbook according to legal and benefits changes
ยท Work on behalf of employees to ensure a safe and healthy workspace, conductive to results
ยท Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and provincial requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings
ยท Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

ยท 4/10 Schedule
ยท Monday - Thurs. Fridays are overtime
Education:
ยท Bachelor's Degree Preferred
ยท HR Certificate Preferred
