MINDBANK JOB OPENING Job Title: REDCap Cloud Study Builder & Systems Integration Specialist (2 Positions)
Location: Bethesda, MD (This position is hybrid, working onsite in the Bethesda, Maryland office 3 days per week and 2 days per week from your home office)
Work Permit: Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident Pay: $95,000 - $100,000 (Based on candidates’ experience level)

Job Description: Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a motivated and technically strong REDCap Cloud Study Builder and Systems Integration Specialist to develop, configure, and validate electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), surveys, and clinical databases (EDC, ePRO, eConsent) based on study protocols, and integrate them with external systems as needed. This role involves translating clinical study requirements into technical system solutions, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing technical implementations for clinical trials. REDCap Cloud Study Builder & Systems Integration Specialist Responsibilities: • Study Building: Design and build eCRFs and databases in the REDCap Cloud platform. • System Configuration: Program complex validation rules, edit checks, and data queries. • Clinical Data Management: Translate trial protocols into technical system requirements. • Validation & Quality: Execute UAT and maintain documentation to ensure compliance. • Technical Support: Assist customers with configuration and usage questions. • Collaboration: Work with Agile teams to support development and implementation. • Backend & API Development: Build or consume backend services (Python/REST APIs/Node.js) and Spring Boot RESTful APIs to support system integration with REDCap cloud. • Assist with data exports, reporting, and integration with statistical tools (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS). • Document system configurations, changes, and workflows. REDCap Cloud Study Builder & Systems Integration Specialist Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. • 3+ years of REDCap Cloud study build experience. • Experience working with systems compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and GCP. Preferred Qualifications: • Industry Knowledge: Experience with clinical trial processes, specifically data collection, management, and standards such as CDISC. • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in database building and system configuration. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing meetings. • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently.
