Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to grow within the luxury real estate space by learning the Showing Agent side of the business while earning rewarding commissions and building stronger consistency in the field. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with buyers, touring properties, and developing confidence through real client interaction and hands-on experience.
You will learn how to host property showings, support buyer consultations, strengthen communication skills, and stay organized throughout the transaction process. Through consistent activity and exposure to active clients, you will gain real-world experience while learning how experienced agents manage buyer relationships, follow-up, and day-to-day responsibilities within luxury real estate.
The environment is centered around coaching, accountability, and continued growth through real production. You will work alongside experienced real estate agents who value preparation, responsiveness, and professionalism while helping newer agents continue developing confidence and momentum over time.

Responsibilities
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service

• Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
