Salary:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing real estate transactions from contract to closing and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions
  • Prepare and review closing documents, including settlement statements and title documents
  • Order and review title exams, plot plans, and municipal lien certificates
  • Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to ensure smooth closings
  • Schedule and manage closings from start to finish
  • Maintain and organize client files and transaction records
  • Handle post-closing tasks, including recording documents and issuing title policies
  • Communicate professionally with clients and third parties


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with real estate software is a plus
