Sterling Law is dedicated to excellence in conducting real estate closings, offering closing services for real estate located in all counties in North Carolina. We provide expert guidance and handle all types of real estate closings, including residential and commercial purchases, refinances, new construction, and more.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Wake Forest area, NC. As an Associate Closing Attorney, your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting and overseeing real estate closings and working closely with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful closing transactions. Excellent customer service is a must. This position has no billable hour requirement.
Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed attorney in North Carolina
  • 1-2 years of real estate experience is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
