  • Maintain responsiveness and availability for your clients, staying in contact, answering questions promptly, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Keep your CRM and systems updated with lead and client information, logging updates from Zillow and other partners to ensure nothing is missed and follow-up remains consistent.
