SUMMARY:

  • Under the supervision of the Director of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI), the MAT Data Analyst will track, collect, aggregate, and report quantitative and qualitative data and information from the MAT program to fulfill reporting requirements and keep stakeholders abreast of trends. This position will work closely with the organization's grants department, project evaluator, team members, and grantors to support program deliverables and reports.
Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with Director of MAT/MAI, evaluators, and Grants Department in carrying out essential duties and responsibilities related to project reporting.
  • Proactively anticipates and monitors data collection issues that would inhibit the fulfillment of grant-reporting requirements and notifies the team in a timely manner.
  • Frequent Collaboration with EHR team to ensure accurate data entry for robust data reporting.
  • Compiles and communicates necessary information for reports to internal and external partners, including grantors.
  • Ensures effectiveness and efficiency of MAT program by routinely improving data collection, data measures, data entry, and training staff.
  • Coordinates with staff and partners for timely submission of required reports.
  • Executes secure and effective data procedures.
  • Maintains ethics and confidentiality of rules and regulations in accordance with HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2.
  • May be required to perform other duties as required.

MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Public Health, Sociology, Epidemiology, or other relevant fields and
  • Two yearsโ€™ experience with grant or contract data deliverables is preferred.
  • In the case of a recovering person, they must have successfully maintained a two (2) year period of abstinence from alcohol and other drugs.
  • Bi-lingual/bi-cultural (Navajo/English) is preferred.
  • Must have and maintain a valid New Mexico driverโ€™s license.
