Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of bankers to meet customer needs and drive branch growth.

Qualifications Required:
  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or branch network experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
Preferred:
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and team leadership.
  • Strong customer relationship and risk management skills.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations.
  • Military leadership experience is a plus.
Additional Expectations:
  • Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Travel up to 50% within the assigned region (first 6 months).
  • SAFE registration and mortgage lending compliance.
  • U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
