Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: 12*3/ 7:00 AM- 7:30 PM/ Sun, Fri, Sat
Weekly Gross: Up to $1600/week (Based on experience)

Job description:
LPN LTC Job Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care setting provides direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
  • Provide direct bedside nursing care to LTC residents under RN supervision
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document resident vital signs, symptoms, and clinical status
  • Report any changes in condition promptly to the supervising RN or charge nurse
  • Assist with and reinforce care plans developed by the RN team
  • Provide wound care and basic nursing interventions as directed
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records/EMR
  • Observe and follow infection control and safety protocols
  • Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
  • Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
  • Respond appropriately to urgent or emergency situations within scope of practice
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies and state nursing regulations.
Requirements
  • Active LPN License
  • Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
  • Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
