Position Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the community, including team leadership, financial performance, resident satisfaction, leasing strategy, and owner communication. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance operations, customer service, and financial management while building a strong community culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop an on-site team to achieve operational and performance goals
  • Oversee daily property operations, leasing activity, and resident relations
  • Manage monthly budgets and expenses to meet or exceed financial targets
  • Prepare and present annual operating budgets and business plans
  • Review financial reports and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong communication with ownership through accurate reporting and updates
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of floor plans, amenities, pricing, market trends, and competitive communities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of multifamily property management experience required
  • Previous leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Experience using Yardi property management software strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong budgeting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-service driven with a positive and professional leadership style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
