Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager - Branded Imaging and Technology (U.S. Energy) leads the planning, coordination, and execution of branded imaging, construction, and technology-related projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The Project Manager oversees all phases of construction projects while also supporting branded technology initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and successful outcomes across all project deliverables.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Governance
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource models
  • Identify stakeholders, assess needs and priorities, and establish communication strategies
  • Assess risks, quality standards, and compliance requirements; develop mitigation and quality plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project teams, vendors, and required external resources

Project Execution & Delivery
  • Lead day-to-day execution of projects to deliver scope on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Monitor progress, timelines, costs, risks, and resources; implement corrective actions as needed
  • Track deliverables using appropriate tools and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and solutions to stakeholders through regular reporting
  • Provide direction, support, and accountability to project team members while driving continuous improvement

Branded Imaging, Technology & Project Closure
  • Own and manage branded imaging and technology initiatives supporting US Energy/brand standards
  • Serve as POS and branded technology subject matter expert; support EMV rollout and compliance efforts
  • Support corporate safety, regulatory, and policy requirements across all projects and dealer initiatives
  • Lead project closure activities, including stakeholder approval, final reporting, documentation handoff, and post-project evaluation

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, a related field, or the equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years of project management experience in a related industry
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
  • Proven experience in change management
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, process improvement, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive, open-minded, and results oriented manner
  • Detail, results, and team oriented as well as professional under stress
  • Strong analytical skills including a good understanding of the budgeting process, cost control, price and profit
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
  • Good problem solving, negotiation and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Basic knowledge of State of Wisconsin petroleum regulations
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Knowledge and enforcement of safety policies and good practices
