Job description

Overview

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to join our Phoenix, AZ office. This Project Services Coordinator with guidance from Project Manager or Project Services Manager, performs duties in support of project priorities, schedules, and client requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Perform specific tasks in support of multiple concurrent projects with guidance.
  • Prepare, manage, and track project related documents such as agreements, correspondence, deliverables, insurance, submittal logs, RFI Logs, site visit schedules, etc.
  • Follow up with internal team members on open/overdue items.
  • Prepare, submit, track, and act upon budget authorization requests within client(s) project management system(s) as directed.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project files, including both electronic and hard copies. This may include scanning, mailing, and filing documents.
  • Track correspondence between project manager and various outside parties to ensure timely responses, responding on behalf of project manager as appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal team members, outside parties, and client(s) to advance projects.
  • Prepare and review memos, reports and other project documents as directed.
  • Understand the company's services, operations, and organizational structure.
  • Additional projects as directed by the Project Services Manager or Project Manager.
  • Ability to travel based on client or project needs.
  • Additional tasks as directed.

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent in education and experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
