Job description

Overview Position is responsible for managing and facilitating the progress and results of projects under the direction of management, including substantive research to further those projects. Position Responsibilities Monitors projects, oversee administrative details, such as project budgets, contract billing, status reports, etc. as directed.

Provides administrative assistance as requested by Project Managers. Performs maintenance of records and plans as needed. Prepares reports as required.

Provides administrative assistance and record maintenance of various projects. This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time. Qualifications Associate's degree in a field of study directly related to the position or two (2) years of directly related work experience.

A valid Indiana driver's license, knowledge of computer operations, effective communications both written and oral is required. Working Conditions Independent judgment is regularly utilized when there are no available policies and procedures and errors in judgment may cause inconsistencies and inconveniences as well as regulatory and budgetary problems.
