The Program Manager supports the organization by: understanding objectives as they relate to both business and integration program goals; working with business and project leaders to ensure that work plans align with business objectives, are well developed, well understood and well executed; mentor and assist project leaders with project schedules, maintenance, and delivery of high quality results.Key Job Responsibilities:Take ownership of all aspects of program and project management activities within an owned or supported workstream.Work closely with the steering committee to make sure that the scope and direction of each program and project is well understood. future state)Education and Work History:Bachelor's level degree required, Master?s level degree preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.Experience working in waterfall, iterative and agile development environments.
