Position Summary
The Strategic Executive Partner serves as a key operational resource, helping oversee responsibilities, streamline communication, and maintain momentum across initiatives. This role requires exceptional organization, adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to navigate highly sensitive matters with confidentiality and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and correspondence
  • Facilitate Board of Directors sessions, documentation, and follow-up activities
  • Partner with departments across the business to maintain communication and ensure timely execution of assignments
  • Assist the owner and leadership team with high-level business and personal matters
  • Maintain operational metrics, confidential records, and sensitive documentation
  • Recognize workflow improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions
  • Coordinate enterprise initiatives, special projects, and operational activities
  • Foster strong relationships while handling sensitive matters with discretion
  • Serve as a reliable resource for decision-makers and employees when guidance or assistance is needed

Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience working alongside C-suite or high-level executives
  • Experience balancing responsibilities for multiple leaders simultaneously
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience using SaaS and web-based business platforms such as Concur, Expensify, or similar systems
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-demand environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence with maturity, discretion, accountability, and sound judgment
  • Comfortable learning and optimizing new technology platforms quickly

Physical Demands
Standard office environment. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Work Environment
Office-based but requires flexibility to work closely with senior leadership and teams across departments. A polished demeanor and exceptional presence are essential.
