This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to corporate recruiting in a fast-paced tech environment. Interns will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to learn the fundamentals of recruiting operations, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and talent strategy while contributing to real recruiting initiatives and projects.
Throughout the program, interns will gain practical experience using recruiting tools, collaborating with hiring teams, and supporting hiring processes from intake through interview coordination.
Key Responsibilites
  • Coordinate 20+ interviews per week while maintaining strong accuracy and SLA adherence
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Support recruiting operations and hiring workflow projects within Lever
  • Build and maintain interview plans and feedback forms to improve consistency across hiring processes
  • Partner with Talent Partners on recruiting initiatives and hiring kickoff meetings
  • Develop and complete a capstone project focused on improving an area of recruiting, candidate experience, recruiting operations, or talent strategy
  • Participate in networking and learning sessions with cross-functional employees across the company
  • Present recommendations, findings, and project outcomes to the recruiting team at the conclusion of the internship

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly
  • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or business operations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Basic familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, or similar productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, or recruiting experience
  • Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn or applicant tracking systems such as Lever
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques or candidate sourcing strategies
  • Interest in recruiting operations, employer branding, or talent strategy
  • Experience presenting projects, research, or recommendations in academic or professional settings
  • Interest in technology or SaaS environments

$18 - $20 an hour
