Position Summary
Prairie State College is looking for experienced Adjunct Faculty to join our Automotive Technology team, teaching courses to a diverse student population.
We are seeking instructors for various disciplines, including:
โ€ข Brakes & Suspensions
โ€ข Engine & Transmission Systems
โ€ข Engine Performance & Electrical
โ€ข Heating & A/C
While Hybrid and EV experience is a plus, it is not required. We offer flexible scheduling with class times that can be adjusted to fit your availability.

Minimum Qualifications
1. An A.A.S. Degree in Automotive Technology or related field,
2. Minimum of 5 years related Automotive experience,

5. 20 hours of technical update training per year is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching at a College level, B.S. Degree in Automotive Technology.
