Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Turnbull Heating & Air

I’m looking to add an experienced HVAC Service Technician to our team at Turnbull Heating & Air, a family-owned company serving our community for over 60 years. We’re focused on quality work, long-term relationships, and taking care of our people.

If you’re a skilled technician who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants stability with a company that’s been around for decades—and plans to be around for decades more—this may be a good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

  • Complete work efficiently and correctly the first time

  • Maintain clean, accurate service documentation

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

What I’m Looking For

  • 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • EPA Certification (required)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable

  • Someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just bounce job to job
