Job description

The welding production supervisor's primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the daily operations of the welding production department, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of tasks. This involves supervising staff, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, addressing issues, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Must have a good understanding and knowledge about managing people, welding procedures, reading blueprints, and weld symbols.

This includes providing training, guidance, and feedback to employees to ensure they meet performance expectations.
โ€ข Managing production schedules and workflow:
This involves assigning tasks, tracking progress, and adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines and production goals. Accurate paperwork and ERP (Epicor) use. Manage work schedule, time tracking, attendance with the use of (Paylocity).
โ€ข Ensuring quality standards and safety protocols:
This includes implementing quality control measures, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
โ€ข Identifying and resolving production issues:
