What You'll Do

As a Line Feeder Operator, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that keeps our operation running smoothly. No experience? No problem-we'll train you.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Operating industrial equipment like shredders and grinders
  • Setting up machines to meet production schedules
  • Loading materials on equipment using a forklift
  • Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as needed
  • Following safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe
  • Occasionally using forklifts to move materials (this is not a full-time forklift-only position)

This role is active-you'll be on your feet, moving, and engaged throughout your shift.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
  • 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Bonus points if you have manufacturing experience, mechanical skills, or basic computer knowledge-but not required.
