GVI Inc., subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program/Project Manager in Keyport, WA.
Position Requirements:
  • MUST BE US CITIZEN ELIGIBLE FOR POSSESSING A SECURITY CLEARANCE

  • Target Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university.

  • Target Experience: Seven (7) years' experience in management and execution of Navy contracts.

  • Responsibilities include overall contract execution including: 1. Contract Execution & Compliance, 2. Project Planning & Management 3. Financial Management 4. Stakeholder & Customer Communication 5. Risk Management, 6. Team Leadership & Personnel Management, 8. Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight, 9. Reporting and Documentation in accordance with the CDRL requirements.

  • PMP Certification (or DAWIA Level II/III in Program Management) preferred

  • Desired
    • Experience in undersea range acoustic testing, operations, test event execution with both manned and unmanned vehicles.
    • Experience with development, fabrication and test of range facility equipment, environmental testing, and production control.
    • Experienced in depot operations, logistics, and quality assurance.
