Job Highlights
  • Guide, direct, and coach employees to provide exceptional service to existing and prospective customers 
  • Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize business growth and achieve customer retention and acquisition objectives 
  • Monitor branch performance against plan to identify gaps, issues, and best practices, and implement action plans when necessary 
  • Understand customer needs and integrate marketing promotions and programs into customer conversations 
  • Build new customer relationships through engaging in community events and networking to enhance the Bank’s visibility and cultivate strong referral sources 

Candidate Profile
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is required 
  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and regulations is an asset 
  • Relevant soft skills include collaboration and communication
