Raise is currently hiring a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is a major Canadian airline


Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. OCM Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) across the organization. This role will lead change management activities to drive stakeholder readiness, user adoption, and alignment across hiring leaders, suppliers, Procurement, Technology, and delivery partners. The successful candidate will act as the internal OCM lead, coordinating closely with MSP and VMS partner change teams to ensure consistent communication, training, and rollout execution. This role is critical to achieving program objectives related to visibility, efficiency, governance, and compliance.


Business Purpose

  • Lead change management coordination for the VMS program, driving adoption across hiring leaders, suppliers, and stakeholders. Act as the organizations OCM lead, aligning MSP and VMS partner activities with internal communication and rollout strategy.
  • Partner with Procurement (Program Owners) to ensure aligned rollout and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change, communication, and training plans
  • Coordinate with MSP and VMS change leads for consistent messaging and execution Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption metrics
  • Support go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience Leading end-to-end change management specifically for enterprise technology rollouts.
  • Direct, hands-on experience leading or supporting the implementation and adoption of a Vendor Management System (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa).
  • A proven track record acting as the internal change management lead while successfully coordinating with external change teams (such as MSP and VMS vendor partners) to align communication, training, and rollout execution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and engaging a diverse group of stakeholders, specifically bridging the gap between IT, Procurement (Program Owners), business functions, hiring leaders, and external supplier networks.
  • Clear evidence of developing and executing comprehensive, end-to-end change management strategies, including tailored communication plans, training programs, go-live readiness assessments, and post-launch stabilization tracking.
  • Experience driving and measuring user adoption, stakeholder readiness, and alignment metrics to ensure the program achieves its business purpose—specifically around visibility, efficiency, governance, and contingent workforce compliance.
  • French language proficiency (nice to have)

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in fields such as Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or Communications.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (nice to have)
