Pro-Tech Air Conditioning & Plumbing Service, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic-RNC Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Create and organize RNC Warranty, Startup and Miscellaneous service appointments efficiently and assures that all customer commitments are met while providing high-level service and a top-notch customer experience.
  • Receives emergency and non-emergency calls and emails from our builders and homeowners
  • Prioritizes calls according to urgency, importance, and geographical location
  • Responds to all service requests and books the calls in order of urgency
  • Places orders for any warranty parts or supplies needed to complete warranty calls
  • Performs warranty submissions with manufacturers and distributors to receive credits for parts purchased
  • Registers model and serial numbers of installed equipment for new homeowners with the manufacturer
  • Additional duties as assigned.

The physical requirements of this job include:
  • Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
  • Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
  • Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
