Overview:

Pro-Motion Advanced Functional Rehab is seeking a motivated full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic-focused role in Stayton, Oregon. Both Staff-Level and Clinic Director positions are open.

Our therapists provide one-on-one, hands-on patient care with 1-hour appointments in a spacious, well-equipped clinic. The Stayton location features a large gym with advanced equipment, including:

  • MEDx lumbar core stabilization suite

  • Freemotion functional training equipment

  • Shuttle/Pilates sled

  • Recumbent stepper

  • TrueStretch system

  • Modality towers, cupping, ASTYM, and Graston tools

Providers and office staff have dedicated workspaces, with point-of-service documentation and a dedicated EMR designed specifically for physical therapy.

We seek a dynamic, confident PT team player. Qualified candidates may step immediately into managerial roles. Mentorship is available from experienced PTs with 20+ years in clinical education and certifications.

Caseload / Patient Population:

Our diverse patient population includes outpatient orthopedics of all ages and diagnoses. Pelvic health caseload may be an option if desired.

Work Schedule:

  • Clinic open Monday through Friday

  • Hours: Mon–Thu 7 AM – 6 PM, Fri 7 AM – 5 PM

  • Weekends optional for motivated candidates

  • Full-time requires a minimum of 34 hours per week

  • Part-time requires a minimum of 16 hours per week

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist

  • All experience levels considered; new graduates encouraged to apply

  • Previous experience required for Clinic Director role

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and specialty certifications ($76,000 - $93,000 range)

  • Profit sharing averaging $1,800 to $12,000 per month, depending on tenure

  • Paid health insurance (currently Providence Health Plan)

  • 401(k) plan with employer match

  • Continuing education budget of $1,500, with additional funds available upon review
