Job description

Come be a part of our team at the newest upscale hotel near Citi Field in Flushing at Tangram! Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel is the anchor to a 4-phase complex called Tangram, positioned to be the epicenter of Flushing, Queens, and spanning two city blocks. The 208-room hotel sits atop an 8-plex 4DX cinema and is flanked by high-end condominiums with a retail center including nearly 30 Asian style restaurants, beer garden and an expansive 5,000 sq ft fitness center with an Olympic-sized pool. Guestrooms feature a streamlined aesthetic with vibrant details like hand drawn wall coverings in the foyer, plus refrigerators, rain showers, and 55” articulating LCD TVs. VIP guests receive access to the hotel's Club Lounge, serving light snacks and a cozy place to unwind. The hotel in Flushing, Queens, NY offers free shuttle service to La Guardia Airport, and easy access to the 7 train. Prime Met, the hotel's rooftop restaurant, is a fusion of Asian flavor and western steakhouse, and features a whiskey bar and a sake bar. Explore Tangram and be at the center of it all.

With our smooth check-ins, we build an experience that is memorable and unique. With our check-outs, we make transactions feel like part of that same seamless experience. Night Auditors take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Night Auditor knows how to create and maintain the framework for the most memorable and unique guest experience.
