Job description

What Impact You'll Have:We are seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support enterprise-level governance, business operations, and strategic planning efforts across the Intelligence Community. This role will lead process improvement initiatives, policy development, and executive-level analysis supporting mission modernization and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Owning:
  • Lead policy development, strategic planning, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagements.
  • Analyze organizational metrics and operational data to identify process improvements.
  • Support governance forums, continuity planning, and mission assurance initiatives.
  • Mentor junior personnel and support leadership decision-making.

What You Must Have:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
  • 12+ years of experience in business analysis, policy operations, program management, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and enterprise collaboration tools.

What Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Six Sigma, ITIL, or process improvement methodologies.
  • PMP or related program management certification.
  • Experience supporting continuity, risk, or governance programs.
