  • Uphold the integrity of the food with brand standards, techniques, and adherence to local and state laws

  • Support team members by helping to wash dishes when necessary

  • Follow all food safety requirements, guidelines, and procedures set forth by Poke House, local, state, and federal employment regulations including but not limited to:
  • Properly labeling and storing of all food products
  • Maintaining proper temperatures on all food products
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen (e.g. floors, equipment, counters, reach-in fridges, and walk-in coolers, etc.)
  • Completing and following necessary checklists, guidelines, and procedures
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of required areas assigned each day
