Job description

May-December
10-15 hours per week

Responsibilities

Duties may include:

  • Washing dishes
  • Mopping Floors
  • Restocking inventory
  • Assisting with food preparation as needed
  • Keeping kitchen clean and organized

Qualifications

No experience necessary. Training will be provided.

Applicants must be available for 3-4 hours in the afternoons during the week or weekends, as needed. Additional hours (morning & afternoon) are available if desired. Ability to work the full season is desired but not required.


Compensation

The Dishwasher position is part-time and seasonal, from May through December, with benefits including paid sick leave, fresh produce, a 20% discount at our farmstand and cafe, access to an employee assistance program, and a 403(b) retirement plan with a 5% employer safe harbor match. Pay is $15/hr. Ability to work the full season is a plus.

Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center is a nonprofit, certified organic farm located on over 50 acres of conserved land along the Connecticut River in East Thetford, Vermont. Our organization has a deep commitment to developing regenerative agriculture systems for our annual vegetable and flower production and to offering educational programming that builds connections between our food, ecosystems, and community.
