Veterinary Receptionist – Part Time with Weekends.
Suisun City Location.
Weekend and Evening Availability Required.

Pinnacle Animal Hospital (Formerly ABC Animal Hospital) are looking for a dependable, compassionate team member who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service and patient care.
Schedule Requirements:
  • Weekend availability is a must (Saturday and some Sundays).
  • Evening shift availability required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of veterinary CSR experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy hospital setting.
  • Professional demeanor with clients and team members.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms (Windows, Gmail, Google Drive).
  • Experience with veterinary software preferred (Neo experience a plus; training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally.
  • Manage high-volume phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Check patients in/out and process payments.
  • Obtain and manage medical records.
  • Maintain organized electronic medical records.
  • Support medical team with administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming front office.
Schedule:
  • Part-time.
  • Weekend availability required (Saturday).
Compensation & Benefits:
