Job description

The Head Pickleball Pro is responsible for the Pickleball operations of Wild Dunes Resort. The Head Pro will organize and execute all Pickleball programs. The job involves overseeing the development and implementation of training programs, conducting clinics and lessons, and promoting the sport of Pickleball.
  1. Develop and implement training programs for Pickleball instructors, including instruction on technique, strategy, and game management.
  2. Organize and conduct Pickleball clinics and lessons for all levels of players, from beginners to advanced.
  3. Oversee the scheduling of Pickleball courts and ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and organized manner.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with Pickleball equipment manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that the facility is equipped with the latest gear.
  5. Promote the sport of Pickleball within the local community through marketing and outreach efforts.
  6. Work closely with the facility's management team to ensure that Pickleball programs are aligned with the overall goals of the facility.
  7. Recruit and train new Pickleball instructors and ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest techniques and equipment.
  8. Maintain accurate records of Pickleball activities, including attendance, revenue, and expenses.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to all Pickleball program participants and members.
  10. The position is salary plus commission based.
