Job Summary

Supports pharmacy operations by assisting in the preparation, compounding, and dispensing of medications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Works closely with pharmacists to manage prescription orders, maintain accurate patient records, and support safe medication practices.

Responsible for handling pharmacy inventory, monitoring stock levels, and managing supply processes to ensure availability of medications and related products. Assists in preparing and packaging orders for delivery while tracking shipments and resolving any delivery-related issues.

Plays a key role in maintaining a controlled and compliant work environment, including clean room standards where applicable. Provides customer support by processing orders, addressing inquiries, and educating patients on proper use of medical equipment and medications. Contributes to overall patient care by ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all pharmacy-related tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
  • Perform compounding and IV preparation as required
  • Process prescription orders and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and update patient medical records
  • Manage drug and supply inventory, including stock monitoring and replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Maintain clean room and controlled work environments
