  • Create and nurture relationship with al prospective clients
  • Guide and educate all clients through their home search process
  • Perform business with the outmost integrity
  • Communicate effectively with all administrative staff
  • Attend and participate in meetings and trainings
  • Maintain a minimum of one transaction per month
