Overview

Our organization is seeking a Hospitalist/Nocturnist Physician to become part of a distinguished Women's Health Care Center located in Raleigh, NC. Join a dedicated team that emphasizes a collaborative approach to patient care, ensuring that each patient's experience is personalized and significant. About the Practice

The clinical team comprises 8 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, and has been committed to serving women in the Raleigh Metro area for approximately 50 years. All deliveries and gynecological surgeries are conducted at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh (UNC Rex), a premier facility featuring a Level 4 NICU, specialized women's health physicians, and the da Vinci robotic system for advanced gynecological surgeries. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to join a reputable group of physicians in a thriving community and a top-tier hospital system. We are looking for a physician willing to take on a few hospital call shifts weekly, with a focus on Labor & Delivery.

Practice Highlights
  • Hospital shifts will take place at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh, which boasts a Level 4 NICU, specialized women's health physicians, and the da Vinci robotic system for significant surgical procedures.
  • This is a full-time role requiring 2-3 shifts of 14 hours each per week, with one weekend of call each month.
  • There is an option to take call from home.
  • The hospitalist can anticipate performing around 20-25 deliveries monthly.
