Job description

Salary: $18.00-$26.00 / hour

Join Innovation Behavior Services as a Registered Behavior Technician and empower children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Kent County, DE. Our supportive, BCBA-led team offers predictable MF afternoon hours, purposeful work, and a 3% employer 401(k) contribution, all while making a measurable and lasting impact.

How Youll Make an Impact

Provide one-to-one ABA in homes and community settings; focus on communication, daily living, and self-management skills.

Implement individualized BCBA plans with integrity; collect precise, concise session data.

Collaborate respectfully with caregivers and your supervising BCBA to support meaningful, day-to-day progress.

Pay and schedule

$18$26 per hour, depending on certification and experience.

Part-time, typically MondayFriday between 3 PM and 7 PM, 10-15 hours per week.

Service area includes Dover, Smyrna, Camden, Harrington, Felton, Milford, Greenwood, Middletown, and nearby communities within a 30-minute drive.

We have one position available in Wilmington.

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years old

Minimum proof of GED or HS Diploma or higher diploma.

Access to reliable, personal transportation.

Active RBT certification or completed an approved 40-hour RBT course approved for 2026.

If youve completed a BACB -approved 40-hour RBT training and are eligible for the exam, please note this on your cover letter. Successful applicants who have completed the required coursework but have not yet taken the exam may receive support with the RBT Competency Assessment and application for the exam.
